Homeowners are free to decorate their suites in a manner that best suits their taste, however during interim occupancy, prior to condominium registration, renovations, improvements and alterations are strictly prohibited with the exception of painting of the walls, hanging pictures, and hanging curtains lined with white or off-white on the outside.

Following condominium registration, when any renovations, improvements or alterations to the unit are being considered, the Homeowner must complete a Renovation Agreement Form and submit the same to Property Management for approval before any work commences. The Board’s written consent must be obtained prior to the alteration, renovation or improvement of any boundary, load-bearing or partition wall, floor, door or window in any Unit and to any toilet, bathtub, washbasin, sink, heating, plumbing or electrical installation contained in or forming part of a Unit.
